Vincent DENOEL
Biography
Vincent Denoel, is graduated from EDHEC Business School (1991). He started his career in 1992 as a contractor for French Ministry of Industry, working on financing schemes for IT and electronic industry, as well as promoting a pilot program for European Commission called MINT (Managing the Integration of New Technologies for SMEs). Then he spent 5 years (1994-1999) with Thomson Multimedia, once French leader for consumer electronics. During this period, he was a finance fellow for 2 emerging internal businesses (now called start-ups): one developing Digital Video Broadcasting decoders and another very successful new B-to-B activity around optical key modules for CD and DVD, DVD-ROMs, reaching a 1 billion FRF annual revenue after 5 years.
End of 1999, Vincent joined the group Pierre Fabre in southern France and hold there several finance positions in homeopathic division, R&D and at Pharma Division level, taking an active part in 2005 merger process of homeopathy division Dolisos with world leader Boiron. In 2012 he switched to Strategic Coordination for Pharma business, taking an leading part in 2 successive strategic plan initiatives, with a strong focus in 2014 and 2015 on Pharma R&D restructuring. Last November, Vincent has been appointed VP R&D Operations and Innovation Support in refurbished R&D organization.
Vincent is very keen on innovation and organization with a strong business and financial oriented background.
