Vice-President of the Health Communication Festival (Festival de la Communication Santé)
A graduate of Applied Arts from the Ecole Boulle, Eric Phélippeau is a specialist in brand architecture. He spent two years as a designer at Carré Noir and Raison Pure, before founding the brand consulting agency Duetto in 1989, which became By Agency in 2004. Since 1992, his passion for brands has led him back to an educational setting, this time to teach marketing and brand communication, in particular at various Health Marketing and Communication Schools (ESCP Europe, IAE Paris Sorbonne Business School – Almedys Life, Faculty of Pharmacy of Chatenay-Malabry, ILV, Nantes IAE, Faculty of Pharmaceutical and Biological Sciences of Montpellier). A musician and music lover, from 2003 to 2018, with his partner Aurélien Sooukian, he developed By Music, an independent agency exclusively dedicated to brand sound identity. In 2005, he was joined by Alexandre Bruère, strategic planner, to found BY AGENCY Group. In 2008, Frank Leroux joined the two associates, and Frank is now the Associate General Manager of the group’s activities: naming, design, communication, digital and trade marketing. In addition, Eric Phélippeau is Vice-President of the Health Communication Festival which is held every year in Deauville (www.festivalcommunicationsante.fr). He was Vice-President of the Health AACC (Association of Consulting Agencies in Communication) from 2018 to 2020, Co-President of the Health Club of the ADETEM (National Association of Marketing Professionals) from 2009 to 2020 and since May 2018 has been Honorary President of the FNIM (National Federation of Medical Information), having been President of the Federation from 2012 to 2018 for 3 terms.
