Is technology really a support for caregivers at breaking point?
// The Keynotes of eHealth University
Whatever their type of practice, caregivers everywhere are at breaking point. While technologies are supposed to help them do things better, more efficiently and more safely, it turns out that they can become a real drag on their daily lives. How can we really help professionals who are close to burnout? What should the design assumptions be for creating genuinely useful digital tools? What do caregivers expect from technologies? This session will be an opportunity to address all of these key questions for the development of a technological solution adapted to the challenging conditions facing teams of caregivers.
