The eHealth Summer University is the unmissable event for the actors and decision makers in the health and social sector Technological innovation … which will bring together more than 800 participants, actors and decision-makers from the health and social sector and technological innovation, from 4 to 6 July 2017 to discuss the uses of ICT in the field of health and well-being.

The 2016 program full of success addressed various issues through 20 workshops, 30 representations of solutions and studies in a dedicated showroom, an international brokerage event, 4 international round tables, 4 TV spotlights on ehealth news, 2 Meet the Big players, live demonstrations and also the eHealth Awards Competition for a highlight of innovation with the start-up that will make tomorrow’s health!

The eHealth Summer University, organized by Castres Mazamet Technopole which develops expertise and support innovation in the areas of digital technology, fine chemicals and healthcare with a strong specialization in eHealth, has the ambition of:

  • Exchange views around innovative solutions for healthcare and self-reliance

A privileged partnership

The school of engineers ISIS, a laboratory of ideas for making digital technology a lever in the service of our healthcare system and its users.

This year again, this event takes place partly on the premises of the school of engineers ISIS (Computer Science and Information Systems for Health) in Castres. A pioneer in the field of health information systems and backed by a multidisciplinary research team that benefits from a unique living lab in France: the Connected Health Lab, the school of engineers ISIS was created to meet the strong demand from the industry for Computer engineers specialists in information systems, with a good knowledge of the diversity and complexity of the health sector and imbued with the practices and uses of the various professionals in this field.

CHIC, immersion in the Digital Hospital

The Castres-Mazamet Intercommunal Hospital Center opens its doors on Tuesday July 4th and mobilizes the medical community to host workshops, conferences and demos. It is a total immersion in an innovative hospital environment in the modalities of exchanges between professionals and patients that is proposed.
